Nice house built in the Noirmoutier en l'île style, with a terrasse and a small garden, south, with large view on the salted marches.Idealy located between the city center (900m) and the nice sandy beaches, with acces by a bike trail or by small roads cross the country side, avoiding the main street and its traffic. This house with 3 rooms, idealy furnished for 4 persons, offers one living romm with a terrasse, a privite and closed small garden, southward, with view on the salted marshes, furnished with garden pieces of furniture and real barbecue. 2 bed-rooms (1 with a 140 bed, 1 with two 90 cm bed), 2 shower-rooms (basin + shower + toilets), living-room dans open kitchen well equiped (dish machine, owen with micro-wave, fridge with ice compartiment,... + collective clothe washing machine). 2 Adult bikes are disponible to ride across the island, its salted marches, to the city center, to the beaches,... Optional : Kit « Baby » and « Cleaning after rental ». Departure time the last day : 3 p.m. so you have time to get benefits of the last day. You can rent on the same time with friends, the semi detached house "Les Mimosas", so you have 4 bed-rooms and 4 bathrooms. So you share the pleasure of holydays while you stay fully independant.
